I started training here to get into better shape and learn Jiu-Jitsu.
I went in knowing nothing and completely out of shape doing two classes a week (at first that's all I could handle as I needed a lot of recovery time).
As my strength and endurance increased my recovery time decreased so I looked for more to challenge me and started attending their conditioning workouts with my wife.
We have a great time and look forward to going to the gym together each week (or as much as life will allow).
