I've been training at Impact Zone for 4-1/2 years now and it's changed my life it hasn't been easy, but Carlos and all the other coaches are top notch teachers.
I've also met some AWESOME people along the way that have helped me out a lot.
I am 44 now and in the best shape of my life and plan on doing BJJ for the rest of my life I LOVE IT, thanks to the great people at The Impact Zone!!!!
